This ground floor spacious two bedroomed apartment is situated in an attractive, low rise, gated complex, in the Torreblanca area of Torrevieja, only 5 minutes drive from La Mata Town and 7 minutes drive from Torrevieja town centre. The large furnished and fully tiled patio faces the outside, but has trees and a fence to give it some privacy.
The lounge has a double sofa bed, English satellite TV and Spanish TV. The dining area has a table and four chairs. AT the other end of the lounge there is a fully equipped American kitchen, including washing machine and microwave. From the kitchen, the back door leads to a small utility area. The bathroom has a bath, shower, w.c. and bidet. There is a double bed in one bedroom and two singles in the other, both have wardrobes and cabinets with plenty of storage space. There are ceiling fans in all rooms.
The complex has a communal swimming pool, with lawns around it, or if you prefer, it is only around 20 minutes walk to the blue flag sandy beach of Torrelamata. There are bars shops, restaurants and a bus service all within a ten minute walk. In the area are several championship golf courses as well as a variety of activities for all ages such as go carting, cycling and boat trips from Torrevieja harbour.
